- Add the schedule. Upload screenshots, a PDF or an Excel / CSV file, or paste the list.
- Check the people. Fix any misread names or times and tick team leads.
- Get jobs & lunches. Review the chart, change anything, then print or download.
Getting a good screenshot
- Show names on the left and shift times on the right, like the schedule list in the app.
- Crop to the list. Several screenshots for one day are fine; add them all at once.
- Dark-mode screenshots work. Blurry or tilted photos of paper don’t read well.
- iPhone camera photos (HEIC) can’t be read. Take a screenshot instead.
- Nothing found? Paste the list as text, one person per line:
Alice T 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Add TL for team leads.
Jobs and colors
- Picker: picks orders.
- Dispenser: loads customer cars.
- Backroom (BR): stages totes. One person.
- Prep (PR): preps orders and deliveries. One person.
- SM / EXP: one person.
- Team lead: runs the department; no job or lunch.
- Yellow is always lunch. A dashed box means someone is covering a lunch.
The picker / dispenser mix follows the time of day. A picker or dispenser covers lunch for Backroom and Prep; SM / EXP doesn’t need a cover.
Lunch rules
- By default: shifts under 6 hours get no lunch, 6-hour shifts get 30 minutes, longer shifts get 1 hour.
- Lunch starts at least 3 hours into the shift, and lunches are spread out so the floor stays covered.
- Change the rules any time in Settings.
Changing the schedule
- Select anyone in the chart, or use Edit jobs & lunches, to change their job, lunch or cover.
- Your changes are marked Edited and kept when you press Redo schedule.
- Try another mix gives a different, equally valid plan. Undo my edits lets the app choose again.
- Yellow warnings mean something needs a person to decide, like nobody being available for a job at the end of the night.
- Jobs rotate across saved days, so people don’t get the same job all week.
Saving, backups and other devices
- Everything saves automatically in this browser. Use the arrows next to the date to switch days.
- Each device keeps its own data. To move it, open Saved days → Download backup, then Restore from backup on the other device.
- Clearing your browser history or site data erases saved days, so keep a backup.
- On a shared computer, anyone using the same browser can see saved days. Use Erase everything when you’re done.
Printing
- Print gives a simple table to post. Print chart prints the color lunch chart in landscape.
- Floor sheet prints a black-and-white sheet: Picking, then BR & PR, then Dispensers hour by hour, then who’s on the floor. Turn its button on or off in Settings → Preferences.
- Printouts list people by start hour, with whoever leaves first on top, and show the team leads at the top.
- Turn on “Background graphics” in the print window if the colors don’t show.
